This is an original and extremely rare 10” vinyl promo used by Warp Records to promote Boards Of Canada’s 1998 album Music Has The Right To Children - the two tracks Roygbiv and Telephasic Workshop are included here.
There were only 200 copies of this promo released.
Aside from its rarity, the key thing about this record is the mastering. The 10" was mastered at 45rpm - giving a richer, deeper, louder cut than the tracks on the album. Additionally, it was cut by Frank Arkwright, one of the UK's most respected vinyl mastering engineers.
